The spotlight series here at Ruff Audio.com is all about promoting under-recognized projects. In the debut post, I would like to showcase a very recent release that I have grown quite fond of, St. Anger 2015.
St. Anger 2015 is a project by Daryl Gardner & Chris Dando from "Grace the Skies", and Dave Cox of "Adust". Together, the trio re-recorded and re-produced Metallica's 2003 album, St. Anger, in it's entirety, and it sounds fantastic! Don't take my word for it, give it a listen!
I've reached out to Daryl and asked if the group is planning on releasing a downloadable copy for purchase, however I have not heard back yet (though my tweet was favorited so that's something). If any further information is released regarding future downloadable versions of the project, I will let you guys know. If you wish to support #STANGER2015, you can do so by following the project directly at it's various social media pages listed below.
